Public Policy for the Home Workplace

At the federal and state level there is a need for tax policies which permit businesses to fully capitalize home workplace deployment projects (including advanced technology products plus specific services to plan, deploy and support home workers) and to obtain a 1:1 tax write-off for every $1 they expend on home workplace deployments.

At the local level there is an urgent need to render home workplace friendly zoning and bylaws. For example, one major city makes it an offense to have more than two co-workers park their cars at a residence to attend a business meeting there, but permits up to ten cars to park to attend a party.
