Since the late 1970’s, WTC principals have been actively involved in civil emergency management projects for various governments, utilities and the advanced technology companies. We also have a legacy of military command-control, C4ISR architecture and electronic warfare project work extending over the same period.

  • Canadian Disaster Risk and Resilience (DRR) Private Sector Working Group and contribution/review of the annual Hyogo framework for action national reporting to UN led global DRR leadership
  • Canadian PS 700 Mhz, Working Groups for Network Design (WG 1), Operations (WG 2) and its security subgroup
